Conditions for returns and exchanges
Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded regardless of whether the package has been opened or not.
If the product is unused and unopened: The product price (tax included) will be refunded in full. If the package has been opened: 50% of the product price (tax included) will be refunded.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
It is considered to have been used if any of the following apply:
- Product tags have been removed
- Other signs of use on the product itself
- Already used
